The real truth is that this has been going on since the turn of the century and it resulted in WW1 and also WW2 but lets just say that there was enough automation after WW1 and before WW2 that there is no question about the ability of the North American population to take instructions possibly from spurious elements in our global community while they are either too disabled or too late in arriving to our modernity such that they cannot think for themselves. Now, race is not a part of the socio economic 'litmus' that we see in the writing and programmatic understanding of North American democracy as provided by Alexander Hamilton. This is the expectation. This is the program. It is not being fulfilled and the dissonance is evident and race or racing is part of the short circuiting in delivery in causing the dissonance between program, expectation and socio-economic realization. There will be twilight for some as they demonstrate that $30,000.00 basic income as rudely noted in the Getaway 1972 is not part of any minimum wage discussion. Apparently Kissinger and Nixon are aware of the discussion on UBI and basic income that took place as early as 1972 and the impasse with certain other actors in the beltway that decided as JW's that they could not accept people having money without work. What we can say is that he is the most powerful man but as the most powerful man, he may not be the most logical. As every day passes where he is not the most logical, he loses power. But, you would never notice and maybe his function is part of the facade. Now, the President is someone else and he might be held back by the most powerful man and he may be, somehow, hedged in by him and Carlisle but I don't really know. There is more to follow.
