There is no need for it as cyborgs and brains in machines are legally dead.    The guilt of America is great for what happened during WW2 since they won and as the mo powerful nation on earth, they would not dare to have basic income like their European vanquished who had basic income since 1948  with the Japanese vanquished. But, the issue   after the post war boom; the issue also before the war was just  the power of automation to affect consumption since automation takes jobs but does not put money in the hand of consumers unless automation includes basic income in the process! This is so in spite of America's manipulation by the old world powers with false guilt.    The truth is that the driving policy behind all global conflict after 1901 was to keep America in it place as the mission, the humble and the vassel; not as the   missionary, the teacher and certainly not as the authority.
