The other issue is human safety.  Maybe hire troglodytes for non-sensitive technology assembly, manufacturing or logistics jobs that do not involve vehicles and consumer electronics. Get people regardless of color to write an online exam and ensure troglodytes are not involved in the hiring process since they must have some genetic need to molest persons, places or things(any noun) that threatens their dna's palpitation  and cold sweats about authority.  If a non- troglodyte Black or Chinese or Indian or White kid gets an A in Grade 5 French, a Troglodyte grade 6 student may chase him with violent anger for no explanation as  the grade A French test student walks home.    They would earn the same monies.        But, now you need to teach  them how to manage a post automated economy to buy your vehicles as manufactured by 12 Asian car companies and sold in North America.   Teach them the wisdom of basic income in the energy calculations that involve energy and money as energy saved in industrial  automation must be transferred back into the economy to the most important participant which is the consumer. If you don't respect the fact that you are not engaged in building vehicles to covet the technology but to see the products purchased and enjoyed.
