There is no evidence as seen in the in trial motion to dismiss as there no case to answer: no proof of an unlawful touching that rises above a reasonable doubt.  She also says that she was asked to make a statement about what she always respected as a consensual friendship.  The person who asked was another Creole who seems to intend to re write several of his books to reduce his authority; Frank Cardlona, something about the Creoles working together but it seems that it is an adjustment to honor Stevie Wonder as one of his songs were plagiarized by Bill Cosby; the song entitled "Uptight".  Stevie Wonder has Jamaican ancestry and Bill Cosby is Guyanese in extract but I don't really know how to say it in French.  Oh; yes I do!     His wife(Bill's)  asked him to spend time with her to see if she might be one of their children.
